Recently, The Olympic torch came to Liverpool and my friends and I went to see it at Crosby beach. After an hour and a half wait, and a ticking off from a lady in a wheelchair complaining that she should be in front, the torch finally came, along with several buses with "smile, you're on camera" on the side. Afterwards, we gathered on Burbo Bank to watch the formation of the Olympic rings. We broke a world record! over 5000 people! Whilst we were leaving, we noticed torch runners walking rounds for photos. I held the torch! I may upload a photo later.
